Having trained thousands of sessions over her career, you can be assured that Christine will create a realistic & injury free approach to attain your fitness goals. Many of her clients initially sought out her help for weight loss or to have a consistent workout regime. Physical assessments will allow Christine to identify your fitness level so she can implement the appropriate exercises to achieve your goals. Together you will create a plan that pertains to your specific level of fitness & desired achievements.
Christine will formulate a customized program based on your personal goals & fitness level. In-person training is available in the Brooklyn neighborhoods surrounding Prospect Park. However, whether you are training in-person or over live streaming, she will be there every step of the way to make sure your form is correct, implement adjustments as needed throughout, & make sure you’re having fun so time flies by.
Her specialties include: circuit training, weight training, functional training, yoga, injury rehab & prevention (shoulder, knee, low back, sciatica, etc), & TRX. Her clients say that her workouts are creative, challenging & specific to their needs. Christine will design a monthly workout program based on your fitness level & goals. You will still benefit from the accountability of a trainer with weekly check-ins to keep you on track with your fitness and nutrition program. This is an affordable option for those that are motivated, but need professional guidance & flexibility.

All of Christine’s classes are beginner friendly with variations to adjust according to your fitness level. Her yoga classes don’t require you to be able to touch your toes & it’s ok if you can’t do a full pushup in bootcamp. With her level of experience she will guide you to have proper form and let you know exactly where you should be feeling it. The great thing is that you just need your mat, laptop and a bit of space in your home.
At just $15/class or $85/mo for a monthly membership, it’s just a fraction of the cost of attending a studio class and in the privacy of your own home.

Gentle Yoga and Gentle Vinyasa are more beginner friendly. Vinyasa Yoga will add in more core and strengthening. Inferno Express are short, equipment-free bootcamp style workouts, while Inferno gives you bootcamp workouts that include weights.
