Physical assessments will allow Christine to identify your fitness level so she can implement the appropriate exercises to achieve your goals. Together you will create a plan that pertains to your specific level of fitness & desired achievements.

Christine will formulate a customized program based on your personal goals & fitness level.  Whether you are training in-person or over live streaming, she will be there every step of the way to make sure your form is correct, implement adjustments as needed throughout, & make sure you’re having fun so time flies by.

Online Personal Training

Looking for flexibility due to your busy schedule? Need workouts you can do anywhere with little to no equipment? Want a fitness professional to design your workouts so they are effective & fun? This is the program for you!

Christine will design a monthly workout program based on your fitness level & goals. You will still benefit from the accountability of a trainer with weekly check-ins to keep you on track with your fitness and nutrition program. This is an affordable option for those that are motivated, but need professional guidance & flexibility.

Live Streaming Yoga & Bootcamp Classes

All of Christine’s classes are beginner friendly with variations to adjust according to your fitness level. Her yoga classes don’t require you to be able to touch your toes & it’s ok if you can’t do a full pushup in bootcamp.  With her level of experience she will guide you to have proper form and let you know exactly where you should be feeling it. The great thing is that you just need your mat, laptop and a bit of space in your home.
