Having trained thousands of sessions over her career as a trainer, you can be assured that Christine will create a realistic & injury free approach to attain your fitness goals. Many of her clients initially sought out her help for weight loss or to have a consistent workout regime. Physical assessments will allow Christine to identify where you are beginning so she can implement the appropriate exercise to achieve your fitness target. Together, you will create process & outcome goals that pertain to your specific level of fitness & desired achievements.

The type of training Christine provides varies on her client’s goals & fitness level.  Her specialties in training include: circuit training, weight training, functional training, yoga, injury rehab & prevention (shoulder, knee, low back, sciatica, etc), obstacle race training (Tough Mudder, Spartan, etc) & TRX.  Her clients say that her workouts are creative, challenging & specific to their needs.  To compliment your workouts, Christine will provide nutritional advice & guidance.  The use of food logs, elimination diets, & reduced calorie meal planning are some of the tools utilized to achieve maximum results.  Give Christine the opportunity to change your life & bring out your best you.
