Christine’s love of fitness started at a very young age. She always enjoyed being active & playing outside as a kid. Throughout her teenage years, you could find her involved in team sports like softball, cheerleading & volleyball. In her early 20’s, Christine discovered strength training & began working out as a lifestyle. Today, her clients describe her workouts as fun, creative & effective.

Christine serves the greater Brooklyn neighborhoods near and around Prospect Park. Having trained over 10k sessions & as a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 instructor, you can be assured that Christine will be focused on you to get you to your goals. Christine runs a successful health & wellness business offering personal training, bootcamp, yoga, self-massage, nutrition programs, is the author of “Reshape Your Health” & is considered to be a leading fitness professional in the health & wellness industry.

Anne Norland

Yoga Instructor

Anne Norland is passionate about helping people find their joy and unique strengths. Originally from Washington, DC, Anne is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200) and has been teaching in schools, centers, and studios in San Francisco. In addition to teaching yoga, Anne is the Education Director at 42nd Street Moon Theatre Company, teaching music, theatre, and dance and performing across the Bay Area. From her yoga class, you can expect a well-rounded flow that integrates strength, flexibility, alignment, and self-curiosity, linking breath and movement as a form of meditation and stress reduction with practices that transfer beyond the mat.
